On a day that is filled with so much love, what better way to capture the energy and magic than with a beautiful painting of your favorite fleeting moment.

With a live painter at your celebration, guest can roam around and watch a painting come to life from start to near completion.

After the event, the painting will be finalized in the Artist's studio with finishing touches and hanging equipment.

Process for booking

  1. Have a conversation about your vision and any creative ideas you had in mind.
  2. A deck will be provided with details and a few different packages. (generally, starting from $2000 for a 18x24 inch painting experience)
  3. Once the package is finalized, contracts will be provided and initial deposit is required to secure the date.

Day of event

  1. Artist and assistant will arrive and set up at the venue 2 hours before the start of the event to quickly start the background.
  2. As guests start to arrive, they can interact and witness the messy beginnings of a painting, that very few have been privileged to see.
  3. While the event progresses, the artist will discreetly photograph the special moment that was requested.
  4. The rest of the painting is completed and is displayed at the end of the night.
  5. The painting is carefully packed and taken to the studio for finishing touches and framing.
  6. Final painting is delivered or picked up within 60 days of the event.
