Refund policy

The items sold are not refundable.
All items purchased from audreyminakim.myshopify.com are made pursuant to paying for shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Exchanges

There are no exchanges of unique items, such as paintings or drawings. 

Only items that are multiples (editioned prints, books, merch) are eligeble for exchange if they are damange. The claim should be made within 30 days after delivery date. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at audreyminakim@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
